No. SubSignoff checks the documents you collect against the requirements you set: policy types, limits, expiration dates, additional insured and waiver of subrogation. It does not contact insurers, and it is not legal or insurance advice. Keep confirming requirements with your insurance advisor.

Yes. Download subcontractor lists and readiness reports as CSV, download any original document, or export your whole workspace from Settings. You can do this before cancelling.
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for, and your workspace stays available on the Free plan. See the refund policy for details.
